The bike is awesome it took me longer to unpack it (cause it was packed well to cause no damage) then put it together. Just watch the assembly guide on how to put together its so simple. Just put the battery on charge before you do anything so you can start taring up the streets.

Pretty much ready to roll out of the box just a little adjustments on brakes and set up seat and handle bars, charge is really fast 3hrs or less. Very easy to use and unbelievable uphill assist. Love my bike! My son is so happy!

Bike arrived 10 days early in perfect condition. Almost fully assembled. Works just as described or better. Customer service is great. I really like the removable battery. Billed as an entry-level off-road electric bike (based on its price, not components), it is more than holding its own. To date, nothing has broken and I have had no issues.

This is my first ebike, thus I thought a 350 watt motor might be enough, and it’s fine. It took me under an hour to assemble it with no issues. The user manual is good enough, and is only in English. The frame, rims, and seat post are aluminum. I got what I paid for, which was a great deal. The battery comes off and back on the frame very easy, and is tight and secure while on. The controller display is easy to use and provides all I require. The power throttle is easy to use; just turn the handle and it goes.

Great product! Had Shimano 21 speed, rode just to exercise on roadway. I thought having assist would decrease the exercise intensity, it doesn’t and bike has full compliment of 21 speeds. Gets me to places where I couldn’t go before because of a long steep climb. Don’t shy away if you are thinking it will reduce exercise intensity, just gets you more places!! Quality is good so far, no complaints!
